Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and order information. If you didn't receive the email or are having trouble accessing these details, then message us through our live chat or head to our contact page to get in touch.

We aim to have all orders packed and sent within 1-2 business days. Once it leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on the delivery progress.

All of the products in our Mudtamer floor protection range are 3D scanned for a guaranteed fit. If your mats don't seem to fit, please get in contact and we will work with you to replace or refund your purchase.

Our Lifetime Warranty means just that. It covers manufacturing defects and wear through. Some exceptions to this apply such as damage caused by incorrect installation, purposely created damage, or damage done through trying to modify the mats.

We do our best to keep all of our product in stock. However, on the off chance that something isn't available, get in contact with us and we will let you know as soon as it is back in stock.
