General FAQ
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and order information. If you didn't receive the email or are having trouble accessing these details, then message us through our live chat or head to our contact page to get in touch.
We do! We ship our products worldwide and regularly ship to New Zealand, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
For packages shipped to the United Kingdom, Australia Post will transfer your package to either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
For packages shipped to South Africa, Australia Post will transfer your package to the South African Post Office system once it has cleared customs. Please note duties may be payable upon customs clearance.
We aim to have all orders packed and sent within 1-2 business days. Once it leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on the delivery progress.
The current shipping lead times are:
Australia: 3-5 business days
NZ: 5-7 business days
South Africa: 8-12 business days
United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
We do our best to keep all of our product in stock. However, on the off chance that something isn't available, get in contact with us and we will let you know as soon as it is back in stock.
